About Amanda
With nearly a decade of real estate investing experience, I bring a deep understanding of the investor mindset to every client conversation. As a repeat mortgage applicant and recipient, I know firsthand what homebuyers and investors need at every stage of their journey. I’ve built a portfolio of 11 rental properties—many financed through our team—and previously worked as a licensed Realtor in Washington, D.C., specializing in investor clients.
Now based in my hometown of Cocoa Beach, Florida, I work with clients throughout Florida and the DMV. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, travel often to Mexico where I also own property, and hold degrees from Georgetown University.
